PROCESS QUALITY

Unifer is able to carry out in-house testing, monitoring and certification of products and production processes with related PPAP documentation in compliance with IATF 16949: 2016.

Dimensional tests:

laser tube scanning system, 3D contact measurement bench, altimeters, roughness testers, surface cleaning measurement tools (Ink test), macrographs with a digital microscope, ultrasound system to check thickness.

Performance tests:

10 bar pressure test in water, sensitive gas detection test up to a minimum of 0.01 g / year, penetrant liquid test, acid attack for welding checks.
